Welcome to our Home Page! Cunningham's Riding Academy is dedicated to its students of all ages. We provide lessons and instruction in all aspects of horses and safe horsemanship. All ages and abilities are welcome, however our specialty is beginner riders. We strive to be a "full-service" lesson program. We offer a variety of types of lessons including private, semi-private and group. We offer English and Western lessons, and will tailor your lessons to your individual goals, whether that be learning basic riding skills or getting into the showring. For our more advanced students we offer horse leasing programs, and we can assist our clients when it comes time to buy that first horse. We want our students to have a true understanding of what they are learning. Most of our lesson horses are registered Arabians, one of the BEST breeds on Earth, to learn more check out the link to the Arabian Horse Association. So come join us and have some fun!
Our Location
Our horses are boarded at the beautiful White Pegasus Ranch, which is centrally located in Oakley. White Pegasus Ranch is the perfect facility for our purposes. It is safe and well maintained. They also have a large arena with good footing for our horses. The facility is all sand, which helps to prevent mud in the winter, for year round riding. The arena is also well light for our evening lessons. White Pegasus Ranch also ocasionally has stalls avaiable for boarding at afforable rates.
